Welcome to the Web Site of the award winning Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise! 

Welcome to the Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise, we are so pleased that you have visited our website! Our membership is a dynamic group of business and civic leaders who have joined together to support local and international causes. We are a part of Rotary International which has over 1.2 million members with 33,000 clubs worldwide.  We are dedicated to “Service Above Self and our members have been involved in many projects touching lives locally and throughout all parts of the world. The Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise aims to truly make a difference in the community we call home.

International Projects: Helping to provide a computer lab for a school for disabled children in Lima, Peru;  helping to provide 10 water tanks to supply clean drinking water to small villages surrounding Dickoya, Sri Lanka; helping to  provide 550 wheelchairs to disabled individuals living in remote areas in Bangladesh, India, Peru, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Zambia just to name a few.

Local Projects: We have funded and remodeled the Simi Valley Library Community Room; operated our annual “Thanksgiving Dinner for Seniors” at the Simi Valley Senior Center;  we feed the homeless of Simi Valley one evening a month and many, many more. As part of our service to youth, we are proud to sponsor students to attend Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) each year, we participate in the Rotary Youth Exchange Program and we provide Dictionaries to all Simi Valley 3^rd grade students

Funding of the above projects comes primarily from our Annual Cajun Creole Music Festival, with A Blues Infusion event held over Memorial Day Week-End annually.  Find out more about it at www.Simicajun.org. All proceeds go to non-profit organizations and projects we support.
